The Atlan EDGE 7/5mm Flextec Jumpsuit embraces a new concept to bring even more movement and heat efficiency to the wetsuit.
It follows the idea that different parts of our body have different
needs in terms of heat retention and flexibility. Joints, for example,
need all the stretch they can get whereas the front of the torso is
mostly concerned about heat loss. To address those needs individually,
we designed a wetsuit that is built in a modular way which enables us
to use different material for each section. For the Atlan EDGE 7/5mm Flextec Jumpsuit, that means having a thicker warmer layer of neoprene on the crotch and butt areas; a thicker TitaniumSkin finish layer on the torso; a thinner more flexible layer on the sleeves and lower leg and special SuperStretch material on chest going under under arms, waist and hips. This combination of material offers an optimal trade-off between flexibility and warmth, resulting in added dexterity and longer activities for the user.
The Atlan EDGE 7/5mm Flextec Jumpsuit was completely designed, tested and tested again in the Atlan Productions Inc. facility located in Quebec, Canada.

Seal System
By
putting seals at most possible water entry point, there is next to no
water circulation inside the wetsuit. That enables the water in the
wetsuit to heat up to your body temperature and keep you warn
throughout your activities. SuperStretchThe extensibility of this material is more than 5 times better than normal neoprene. This exceptional stretch is gain through the addition of Spandex into the neoprene mixture during fabrication. This material is used in the areas exposed to repeated stretch such as the ankles and the sides, making the wetsuit much more comfortable and easy to wear.
TitaniumSkin FinishThe TitaniumSkin finish of the front panel is a one side titanium laminated neoprene. That titanium layer rests directly on the skin and because of its heat conductivity, spreads the heat uniformly inside the wetsuit. It also speeds up the drying process of the wetsuit.

The velcro adjustable neck provides unparralleled comfort and basically makes the suit adapt to you. Pre-curved
The factory-made legs curvatures give the wetsuit out of the box comfort and removes the usual "break-in" period. TuffTec knee pads
The
TuffTec pads have the flexibility of neoprene while being highly
abrasion resistant and scuff proof which give the wetsuit added
longevity.
