The Atlan North Shore Comp NSC-40BZ Drysuit is clad with hyper-compressed high-density neoprene laminated with heavy-duty nylon to unlock some of the harshest and coldest environment on earth for diving. This drysuit was designed with three goals in mind; keeping you dry, keeping you warm and keeping your drysuit intact dive after dive. The combination of the 4 millimeters hyper-compressed high-density neoprene used throughout the drysuit and the full neoprene boots with vulcanized rubber sole will provide you with warmth whatever the depth. Our proprietary sealing process that involves five (5) layers of glue and blind stitches along with the use of high-end waterproof YKK zippers all work together to keep to water away from your body. The Crosstuck nylon lamination along with the vulcanized neoprene boots and knee pads offer added scuff and abrasion protection where it matters the most, ensuring a lasting investment for years to come.
The Atlan BH-700CT Commercial drysuit was completely designed, tested and tested again in the Atlan Productions Inc. facility located in Quebec,
Canada. This drysuit is currently made and leak-tested in the
province of Quebec, in Canada.
Features:
Automatic 360º valve inlet
The 360 degree swivel inlet valve enables you to easily use it with both hands thus making to drysuit adapt to you instead of it being the other way around.
Tuck-in neoprene seals
Comfortable smooth neoprene seals ensure a lasting watertight bond between the skin and the drysuit.
YKK waterproof zipper
YKK metal waterproof zipper using the same technology developed for space travel and nuclear facility protection are used on all Atlan drysuits.
Hyper-compressed high-density neoprene
Hyper-compressed high-density neoprene refers to a 7mm high-density neoprene that has been mechanically compressed post production in order to create a thinner material that packs as much insulation as the thicker versions. This compressed neoprene is then laminated with heavy-duty nylon to produce a very scuff and abrasion resistant material.
Double lock blind stitches
A blind stitch refers to a stitch that does not pierce the material from one side the other and the double lock feature mean that in the event of damage to the stitch, the double lock will prevent it from spreading.
Vulcanized boots and knee-pads
The vulcanized process by which our boots sole and knee pads go through makes them permanently virtually abrasion and scuff proof thus providing the diver with additional protection to high-wear areas of the drysuit.
