How do I return an item?
We offer you 30 days from the date of invoice to return the item(s) for a full refund on your credit card. Then, we give you another 30 days (60 days from the date of invoice) to return the item(s) for store credit.
Inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge), as long as you haven't used it.
You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards for us to accept the returned items. We are sorry but books, CD's and DVD's may not be returned (due to copyright laws).
Simply call our customer service department at 800-960-3302. Ask for an RMA number, package the items securely, include a copy of the original invoice, clearly write the RMA number on the box, and send it prepaid and insured to:

In all return and exchange cases, the client is responsible for the cost of sending back the merchandise to us. For the exchange of defective products, we will ship the replacement product to you for free(only in Canada). For any other exchanges, such as a size change, the client is responsible for the replacement-shipping fees and will have to provide the operator with his credit card information when he asks for an R.M.A.
No packages will be accepted without an R.M.A. number on the outside of the box.
Merchandise returned without authorization or in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
