This site allows you to buy online from a large selection of our available products in store for nautical sports lovers such as scuba diving, snorkeling, kayak, canoe, cold water swimming, triathlons, water skiing and wake boarding.

We stand out in these areas due to the variety and high quality of our products. Nautical sports are our passion and we have, recently, extended our product range to include everything canoe and kayak, be it for icy or warm waters.

With our huge inventory from the greatest manufacturers and our home brands ATLAN and RAPIDO, we can fulfill even the most specifics of needs with the best prices.



Please note that some of our Canadian products are made on command. A production delay has to be added to the shipping delay to know the shipping date.

Here are our current production delays :

Neoprene and nylon drysuits : 9-11 weeks

Wetsuits : 9-11 weeks

Others ( products and accessories that we already have in stock ) : 0-7 weeks


A follow up of your order will be done with you by email if we are not able to meet these deadlines and the shipment.



It is possible to pick up your order at our factory in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures. Since certain products can cause production delays, you must wait until you receive an email notification that your order is ready. It is possible to pickup your order from Monday to Thursday between 8 a.m. and 16 p.m.



We use Canada Post and FedEx Ground services to ship your purchases. We generally ship our orders within 2 open days and shipping can be between 1 and 6 open days, depending on your address.

Shipping prices, which include handling, are calculated automatically according to weight, volume and the destination. If the real price is highly superior to our estimation due to some exception or an unusual weight/volume, we will contact you to inform you of the real price and you will be given the choice to pay the difference or cancel your order.

Your parcels are guaranteed for loss or damages during transport.

You will receive a tracking number upon send off that will allow you to follow up with either Canada Post or FedEx on their respective website.

You have 10 days from the date of shipment to contact us in order to make a return for a full refund of the product on your credit card (excluding shipping costs). After this 10 days period, you have 20 additional days to contact us and return the products in order to obtain a productnautique.com credit, applicable on a next purchase (product value excluding transport costs).

The customer is responsible for the transport costs for returning the product.




You have 30 days from the date of shipment to contact us to request an exchange.


For the return of defective merchandise, you will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping the product, however, we will bear the cost of shipping the new merchandise.


For any other type of exchange (such as size), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return and resend of the new product.


IMPORTANT - Return and / or exchange authorization


No return will be accepted without customer service having first received a notice by email to the following address: info@produitnautique.com . An authorization number will be returned to you by email and must be written on the outside of the box. No return will be accepted without this number.


Merchandise returned without authorization and / or having been used and / or not in its original packaging will be automatically refused and the sender will be charged the shipping costs in both directions by the carrier.



Procedure for return and / or exchange


  • Notify our customer service by email: info@produitnautique.com

  • Use the original manufacturer's packaging including all packing materials, manuals and blank warranty cards.

  • Pack the merchandise securely

  • Include a copy of the original invoice

  • Write the order number on the shipping box as well as the return authorization number received by email

  • The shipment must be prepaid and insured
